Software Training

The software training classes are free with the purchase of your software from Luella’s Quilt Basket. If purchased elsewhere, there is a charge as noted. The prerequisite for all software training classes is familiarity with MS Windows file management. We have a very limited number of computers available for use by those unable to bring their own computer. If there are not enough computers, we will share.

Join us to learn the basics of the new 4D Embroidery and 4D Embroidery Extra, the foundation of the Husqvarna Viking embroidery software. You will explore many of the features that you will use to customize and edit your embroidery stitch files. You’ll learn how to adjust, personalize and combine embroideries. You will also learn how to create designs automatically with the Express-Design Wizard (4D Embroidery Extra). And you will learn how to organize and preview designs and transfer them to the appropriate media for your sewing machine. This class is for owners of 4D Embroidery, 4D Embroidery Extra and 4D Professional.

Training classes for your new machine or software are FREE with its purchase from Luella’s Quilt Basket. If purchased elsewhere, there is a charge for classes.
• Prerequisite for all software classes: familiarity with WINDOWS file management.
• We can accommodate some students who do not bring their own computers to software classes. We have a limited number of computers available for students who cannot bring their own computer. If we have more students than available computers, students can share computers.
All Husqvarna Viking Training classes meet 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Classes are small so sign up early! We require pre-payment for all class registrations. A space will not be reserved until payment is received. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the first meeting of class to receive a refund. Classes not having minimum paid registration 5 days before the first meeting will be canceled. Refunds or store credits will be made if the class is canceled.
xxxBe sure to pick up a supply list when you register. Please make sure to see what supplies or special products are needed for class and please purchase your supplies prior to class.
